Decisions on intellectual property: a selection

Abstract

The author provides a collection of decisions regarding copyright and industrial property. These are proof of the interpretation of laws No. 20-00 and 65-00 given by the courts and administrative bodies of different levels in the country. The selection contains pronouncements on both normative and procedural aspects based on a diverse casuistry.
